Hello from the Warnborough Foundation!
We were established as the charitable heart of Warnborough College in November 2020 because we believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success. Our mission is simple: to bring high-quality education and skills training to people in Kent (and beyond) who might otherwise face barriers to learning.
We don’t work alone. By teaming up with local businesses, government groups, and community leaders, we create a support network that helps people discover their full potential.
Empowering Futures
We want to help people move forward in life. Whether it’s through further study, finding a great job, or starting a business, we bridge the gap between where someone is and where they want to be.
Sometimes, all someone needs is a ‘leg-up’, or just a person with whom to talk their ideas through. Many people do not realise just how capable they can be if they set their mind to it, and work towards clear goals.
How do we do it?
- Building Confidence: We provide a safe space to learn and grow.
- Real-World Skills: We offer hands-on training that leads directly to jobs.
- Expert Mentorship: We connect our students with successful coaches and business owners who share their “know-how.”
Who Do We Help?
We focus our efforts on helping those who are facing tough times, due to economic, neurodiverse, geographic or other disadvantages. We are based in Kent, so we generally reach out to people in this county, but not only.
Through our unique Compass programme, we are able to personalise what we do according to individual needs. We focus on practical skills-building of “essentials” that can open doors, be that for further studies, employment or even starting a business.

Making a Difference
- Learning by Doing: We don’t just teach from books; everything is put into practice; plus we encourage everyone to gain voluntary experience to learn how to interface with others and help revitalise their local neighbourhoods.
- Starting Careers: We provide the ongoing support needed to get a job. If you show promise and motivation, we can even help you become your own boss through self-employment.
- Giving Back: We encourage successful professionals to give back to the community by donating their time, expertise, or resources to help the next generation.

The Warnborough Foundation CIO is a not-for-profit charitable organisation in the United Kingdom (Charity Registration Number: 1192341). The Foundation’s Board members do not receive any remuneration for their work on the board. 100% of all donations go to charity projects and outreach. Donations qualify for Gift Aid.
